- The Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and DOLS Course is to increase the theoretical knowledge of healthcare professionals on the up to date legal framework, code of practice and human rights that covers the patients’ capacity to make decisions, protection of their cognitive decision making process, and understanding the principles of proper care towards these vulnerable patients.
